1. The intellectual property rights in the Content (e.g. software, information, data) and Services of the water-air.gr web site that have been uploaded or will be uploaded to the Web by Water & Air L.T.D., are protected by Greek, EU and International copyright laws and are the exclusive property of Water & Air L.T.D. or their respective owners, and are provided to site visitors strictly for personal (non commercial – non profit) use. Whilst Water & Air L.T.D. makes every effort to ensure that the Content and information appearing each time on the site is accurate and up-to-date, Water & Air L.T.D. does not offer any warranties as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of this Content or information.
2. The copying, distribution, transfer, alteration, resale, creation of a derivative work or deception of the public as to the real provider of this site's Content is strictly prohibited.
